What we promise.
We keep what you write private — your questions, your readings, your library. They are not shown to anyone, sold to anyone, or fed back into any model that isn't your own session.
We do not send email beyond what you ask for. A daily reading if you want one; a single welcome note when you sign in; nothing else.
What we ask of you.
Use the book the way a reader would — one question at a time, with attention. Do not scrape, do not automate against the API, do not redistribute the readings as your own.
If you find a flaw, write to us before you write about it.
What happens if you close the door.
You can export your readings at any time from the account page, in plain JSON. You can delete the account itself the same way — the readings, the email, the streak, all of it, gone within seven days from our database and from our backups.
What the book is not.
AskOracles is for self-reflection and cultural exploration — not a substitute for professional advice. It does not diagnose. It does not predict. It does not replace a doctor, a lawyer, an analyst, or a friend.
Take the readings the way you'd take a page from a long book: as something to sit with, not as instruction.
If something is wrong.
Write to hello@askoracles.app. We answer in days, not weeks.
When this changes.
Revisions are stamped here with the Roman year. If anything material changes — what we collect, who we share it with — you'll see a note inside the product before your next reading.
