What we collect.

Your email address, the text of your questions, the readings the book generates in reply. The streak count. The locale you chose.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, addresses, birth dates, location, or device identifiers.

Where it lives.

On Supabase Postgres in the EU and US regions, encrypted at rest and in transit. Backups are kept for seven days, encrypted with the same keys.

Who can see it.

You, when you sign in. The two engineers on call, when a database query needs them — and only the row needed for that query.

No advertiser. No analytics broker. No third-party tracker on any page.

When it leaves.

Export your library as JSON from the account page. Delete your account from the same page. Both are immediate; the database row is gone within seconds, the backups roll off within seven days.

Cookies, briefly.

One session cookie to keep you signed in. One locale cookie to remember the language you picked. Nothing else.

If you wish to be forgotten.

Delete your account from the account page, or write to hello@askoracles.app. We respect the GDPR right to erasure and the CCPA right to delete; if you live somewhere with a similar law we honour that too.
